A progressive but still active weather pattern that may, in time,
emphasize severe weather and excessive rainfall potential through the
Old South and parts of the Eastern Seaboard. The only truly warm
region between now and mid-March should be the Atlantic Coastal Plain;
I noticed that a distinctly neutral to chilly temperature array shows
up on many of the 6 - 10 and 11 - 15 day forecasts. As for snow, best
odds in parts of the Midwest and Great Lakes (but nothing extreme).

Best Regards,
